I'm Kelly, a Serrano resident and animal lover who lives in the building and works from home, allowing me to provide convenient visits and walks throughout the day, including many same-day requests.
As the owner of two cats, including one with special medical needs, I understand the importance of reliable, attentive care. I've cared for the pets of family and friends for decades, and know that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs.
I created The Pet Neighbor to provide convenient, personalized pet care for Serrano residents. Whether you're traveling, working late, heading out for the evening — or simply don't feel like walking your dog in the rain — I'm here to help with thoughtful, dependable care close to home.
Contact me today to schedule your FREE meet and greet. I'd love to meet you and your pet!
She's watched them for years when we go out of town and is basically their aunt at this point. Our three fur babies have completely different personalities—a queen, a grumpy old man, and one with nonstop puppy energy—and she knows all of their quirks, eating tricks and favorite things. She always sends photos and texts, so we're never left wondering how they're doing, and I know my dogs are loved and very well taken care of when they're with her.

Kelly has been taking care of our babies for more than 20 years. Over the years, we've had a Greyhound, a Brittany, and two German Shepherds, who needed a lot of exercise and attention. One was terrified of storms and she was so good at helping him feel calm and safe. They’ve all had special diets and medications that required careful attention to detail. We don't board our dogs, and there really isn't anyone else we've trusted enough to stay with them. I don't know what we would do without her!
